These Terms of Service govern your use of the ProFuturesTrading website (profuturestrading.de) and the indicator tools and content offered through it. By subscribing to or using our tools, you agree to these terms.

1. Provider

2. Products & License

Our products are software indicators for the ATAS Order Flow Trading Platform, offered as monthly subscriptions. A subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools within your own ATAS account for the duration of the active subscription. Reselling, redistributing, decompiling, or sharing the tools is prohibited.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are processed by our reseller CopeCart GmbH as merchant of record. The contract for the purchase is concluded with CopeCart at checkout; their terms and billing apply to the payment transaction. Prices are shown net; applicable VAT is added at checkout.

4. Activation

Licenses are activated automatically via the email address you provide at checkout, which must match your ATAS account. Activation typically occurs within seconds. It is your responsibility to enter the correct ATAS-linked email.

5. Subscription Term & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. Cancellation is handled through your CopeCart purchase confirmation / customer portal.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the tools, the ATAS platform, or third-party data feeds. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Any liability for trading losses is excluded.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms where necessary. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
